the global roaming service pricing

software and setup

there is no need to install additional software to use the global roaming service, you just need to change your local modem access number. you can look up local access numbers at gric's web site: http://www.gric.com/frames/phonebook/home.html

for additional convenience you can use gricdial software. it provides an easy way to get connected and has a list of tested international internet providers. gricdial can be downloaded from gric site . this software is designed for windows 95.

for the vinteleport clients there are some more free-of-charge services, such as:
- accommodation of your own www site on  www.vinnitsa.com, where your own address will look like wwww.vinnitsa.com/abc, where"abc" is the name you will choose (the name of the company or kind of goods, services is usually used). access to ftp up to your catalogue in which your page lays, also is possible and you can make modifications at any time, and we create the reference on page "www pages of our clients".
for those who want to accomodate page on our server without registration - 2 dollars per month (up to 500k), more 500К - 1 dollar per 1 mb.

problems with the telephone communication and how to solve them  

the practice has shown that quality of connection, if you call from station
52, 53, 43, 46, 26 is excellent
27, 32 - average,
35, 21- bad (but there are rare exceptions)

quality of your connection to us depends on many factors, such as:

- type of station;
- presence of blocirator;
- presence of parallel devices (especially of soviet sample) on the line, where modem is set (if you still want to set parallel telephone, it is better to connect the modem to the line, and then connect your parallel device to the modem;
- condition of cable lines (radio or conversations of other abonents are heard constantly, crash is audible,bad audibility) all this can be torn off, filled, etc. - for this purpose it is necessary to call to the telephone station with the request to check up your telephone and line that conducts to the station.
